We work with social workers, case managers, veterans' services, and community agencies across Hampton Roads to move people into safe, supportive housing quickly and respectfully.

Referral Process

A clear, four-step process.

1. Initial Contact

Call or email our team to introduce the referral and confirm current availability.

2. Referral Information Sheet

Submit the referring agency's contact information, resident needs, and program type (Independent, Sober, or Senior Living).

3. Intake & Application

Applicant completes the resident intake and housing application forms with your support.

4. Placement & Move-In

Once approved, we finalize the payment agreement and coordinate a move-in date.
